I wrote about applying for a job at IKEA in East Palo Alto and how I wrote out a resume to show what type of person I am and what I can contribute. This was very effective for me because it helped me get the job and I met so many nice co-workers that I have learned so much from, teaching me how to improve my job for the benefit of myself and my manager.
