In my reflection I wrote about improving my vocabulary when I wanted to stand up for myself against this arrogant boss that I had not too long ago. I would get really mad with myself because I wanted to tell him so many things but my lack of words in my english vocabulary made it hard. So I started to write down in a piece of paper my ideas on what I wanted to tell him, find the right words, make a paragraph study it. And the next day i will go to his office and express myself the way I intended to in the first pace. It work out great for some years.
